Just back from my w5r3 run. Did it, yeah, and feeling good. For me running at the start of the day is working, will have to see what happens though as the seasons change. Today delighted with what I have achieved so far

Well done! I like running in the morning then it's done and dusted and you haven't got to think about trying to fit it in later on when the day gets busy.
Great running... a big milestone of a run... now you know you can do this, one run into the second half of the plan and already up to two thirds of the duration.
Slow and steady into week 6 and you got this.
That's exactly how I feel, get it done then get on with the rest of the day. I also do a 20 minute yoga session in the evening, mainly because I am working at a desk all day and feel it helps my posture shoulders and back
