What are you doing on Saturday morning?

Free for an hour and a half or so, Saturday morning? Even if you are on holiday?

Do you want some fun!

If you want to earn brownie points, have loads of folks think you are great and tell you so too. Look on line and see if they need volunteer marshals at your local ParkRun tomorrow. Loads of the regulars are on holiday. Perhaps make a good turn, be part of your holiday? If you have never done a ParkRun, get any worries out of the way by helping out first. You really will be made welcome.

Well today is my run day. Planned to this morning.... I woke up with sore muscles from an awful mattress... Still in Spain... 33 degrees cent already, no way I can run in this heat 🥵🥵🥵. Looking after my two boys... See if I can do in the eve... My first interval training... 😅 Created by myself... Basically is to try short bursts of 7min/km for 1 minute and then slower pace.... For 30 minutes... 😅😅😅

Great post... sadly I’m on a flying visit to the in-laws in wales and as I’m only staying one night I won’t get away with disappearing to a parkrun 🙁

Good to hear from you UNM that you hope to run a parkrun a week tomorrow, congratulations on #51volunteer, is Miss UNM still running junior parkrun or has she now progressd to the main 5K event?

She’s not done juniors for a while, and also rarely runs the Saturday... she really doesn’t like running with others unless it’s a meet up with runaroundsue, baddiethepirate and others.

I will be running my third parkrun on Saturday morning, I am wondering if I can "break" sub 34 minutes, the last two were 34.16 and 34.17 respectively, maybe I should run a bit faster down the hilly parts.

What am I doing at 9am on a Saturday?! Silly question. Self confessed parkrun addict.
