What has happened to me? I ran twice whilst away at centre parks this week. (Week 8). I have (years ago) taken gym gear on holiday and only managed one workout before giving in to rest/chill out time and why not - that’s what holidays are for. However centre parks is about being active and it’s also a beautiful setting (Longleat) so I thought why not- I was a bit apprehensive about finding new route but managed two fairly flat ones around the woods and around the lake. I’m finding the runs aren’t easy but they are definitely manageable and the feeling afterwards is amazing. Holiday running was definitely the right thing to do. The spa was nice too 😉

That sounds like a lovely place to run, and goes to show how much of a runner you now are that you made it out while on holiday

🏃‍♂️ at Longleat? Did the thought of potential escaped 🦁 help mentally turbo charge your runs?! 🤣 also 👏 for taking your 👟 on holiday, very commendable!
