Week 1 run 2

Sunshinelollipops profile image

Hi endorphins! They finally kicked in! About halfway through, mid walk, I realised I was singing along and dancing whilst I walked (much to the shock of passers by)!

Day later than expected because I went for a swim on Wednesday and and felt shattered on Thursday as I’d not rested properly. Still got time for one more on Sunday and then, week two!

Happy Friday everyone! 😊

Well done keep going, I went for a swim last night and did W1R3, this morning, no endorphins kicked in, more like wondering zombie, but completed week 1 so very happy, you can do it as well 😀
