We did it!!! Week 9 Run 3

For all using this programme keep at it slow and gentle and be proud

For all the motivators and encouragers a huge thank you it helped loads

On our first run we ran to Cold Play and found a nice track round a local park so on our last run Cold Play sang in our ears as we ran round our local park

I never believed we would

it wasn’t our fastest it wasn’t our furthest but today we ran for a full 30 minutes for the third time

I never thought that we would keep going to the end and we are grinning like grinning things that grin a lot

The benefits? Blood pressure lower cholesterol lower legs stronger and more shapely, couple of inches less round the waist and those happy grins.

We used 1app and shared ear buds so I changed my username to include Colin who I and most who know him call Willow, he has had the odd twingey knee but otherwise we both got to the end of the programme injury free

Congratulations to you both. The smiles alone are well worth it... the medical and body shape stats are brilliant too. Celebrate well, and enjoy all your future running adventures together, there will be many!
