That was a bit slow and we were tired, grandson came too and ran 15 minutes then raced on ahead and lay on the grass it was quite fun but not very structured

Thanks, yes he is he really wants to run with us I was thinking twice a week with him and once a week with just us

Yes very, his legs are about twice as long as mine, Colin went belting off and got stitch but we managed it so feel good now

Amazing those 12 year old or younger kids being able to run a parkrun sub 25 minutes without much of a effort or doing the the training that older runners have to do. , what I call natural ability.

It’s amazing and the trick is keeping them running through their teens

Thank you, i’ve negotiated with my partner and managed to get him to agree to the sea front rather than the park 😀 let’s hope it’s not too windy
