Thanks to everyone who sent encouragement. I just did the 20 minute run and by going slowly it was fine.

I'm 69 with mildly arthritic knees but I have found that as long as I keep a slow steady pace I am fine. Hope I say the same in the morning.

Anyway, everyone has different problems and different reasons to do this but keep going.

All the best everyone πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K.

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒ 😊
