Morning all.

Well i managed to get the run in this morning at 5.30 before kids get up..cant believe it still! My first run was a route that takes me up a main road and then down a gravel and grass track.

On my first run i finished the training session about half way around which the i had a 30 minute brisk walk back.

Today i used the bell chime in the app to stop turn around and go back. Kind of feel im not doing enough now lol.

If you’re meeting the requirements of the podcasts, you’re doing enough. If you want to do a bit more walking before or after, then do, but don’t overdo the running because that makes injury more likely. You’re doing great ⭐️😀

Getting up at half 5 is already doing more than I do!!! I just can't drag myself out of bed at that time. I would say you are doing right if you are using the half way belk. I made the mistake of adding an extra bit of running to a season on week 3 as I ended a long way from home and felt ok. I shouldn't have as I hurt my shin and I had to repeat that week after rest. X

This is what I do when it chimes I turn around :) I do sometimes find that I’m not going very far but now I’m on week 6 I’m Grateful for the half way chime to turn around as if I carried on running/walking I would have a long way to walk back 🙈 but if you want the walk on the way back that’s great too :)

Getting up at 5.30 to complete a run, you are doing plenty. As long as you are getting to the end of each run just trust c25k 😊
