I thought I would wind you all up before and it worked. Sorry.
The mere fact that I am in WK7 is enough to spur me on. Why would I put myself through all I and you have done to walk away. If I die running then so be it!
Today was hard especially as I selected Glen Campbell for my music and he gave up after four tracks. It was all too much for him. My I Phone simply cannot cope with music, Michael Johnson and two apps recording what I am doing. All was well until an app cut through to give me some coaching. That was it NO GC or MJ. I had to judge where I was and look at my phone towards the end.
This is not good because at the end I need to concentrate on breathing and maintaining inner calm and steady pace. It was tough again but I knew I was on top of it.
Two more of these this week. One on Friday and one on Sunday, cannot do Thursday as I have meetings early morning and at 2030 in South East London.
Then on to WK8 and as I have been taunted already today tougher stuff!
Keep on running.........

I have often thought that to die running, or perhaps windsurfing, would definitely be the way to go. Unfortunately at my recent hospital check they confirmed that I now have a cardiovascular system that is just so damned fit that I am unlikely to go that way.............. unless I get trampled by a bullock!
Go you!! Clever thing to manage without the app - I think I would've used that as an excuse to give up so yay you!! 😊 So close to finishing!
So Tfc what do we do when you genuinely need help? How do we tell? I think that just used up your C25K loyalty points. What you didn't know about them??..
Yes it seems the phone can't multi task despite the advertising... mine always dies if asked to do Map my run, Mr Smooth, music oh and the interval timer I tried once.... never again...
flies and sweat mmmm lovely. Still you did it, am really impressed
