After reading all the advice from my earlier blog I decided to rest until this weekend. I woke up this morning and decided to head to the park to try week 5 run 3 with Laura's help!
It was a lovely crisp morning, and there were quite a few runners in the park,
I took it very slowly, took on board Laura's encouraging words and surprisingly I managed it, Yipee it worked, your advice has got me running again!
I did consider trying to run for 25 mins, as i was feeling good, but as I had not run for so long and the last time i only managed 6 minutes i decided to stop so I should be fit enough to repeat this run again on Monday.
