Playing music through the app

How do I do this so it's on in between the talking? 🙄

Use the bbc one you get inspired app and it does it automatically. The app with the sky blue background and yellow and white text. It’s fab. Exactly the same programme. It’s still the NHS one 👌🏽

Play your music and the app and it’ll alter the volume itself. Clever.

You can have the C25K app and 🎶 music playing at the same time, either from the radio , I tunes, Spotify etc, make sure that your Smartphone has enough 'memory ' for those various apps, nowadays you should have at least 32GB of memory on the phone, my old phone has only got 2GB and cannot get much anything on it except the news and some radio stations, whereas my new 64GB phone has almost about as much on it as my laptop.

Just press play on your music them start the c25k app and when your trainer speaks your music will go quieter . I had music, c25k and Strava all running at the same time and worked ok 😊
