I'm due complete w3r3 today.... I has gait analysis and bought new trainers and my Achilles been much better. Little inner knee ache when running but guess I have to strengthen my legs. I'm enjoying the program...but need some music help me through the runs as I find myself watching the time constantly. I have been listening to the radio and it just doesn't work.
Does anyone have any playlists to share used to get you through the runs. I have just put Spotify on my phone.
Thanks Sarah

Thanks.....I'm really open to music and like a very wide genre. I'm nearly 47.. like Blondie.. Rod Stewart, beautiful South...... I mention these off too of my head but like I say... am really open and want some good running music
I listen to podcasts, Desert Island Discs, Simon Mayo's confessions, The Archers, I prefer them to music because I have to concentrate on them a bit more
If you are new to Spotify you should find some great playlists full of music you enjoy. It’s hard for us to recommend when we don’t know what you like. Name some bands or tracks you love.
Once you’ve been using Spotify for a while it will create some playlists based on songs you listen to and others it thinks you will like. They are great for running as you don’t know what’s coming.
If you open this thread on the phone you have Spotify installed on, clicking those links should take you to each playlist and there is a “follow” button. It will save it in the playlists tab for you.
I’m wk6 r2 and listen to the Drifters 😂😂 so calming running down the local public footpath in dappled sunshine to their songs - so relaxing and all my worries disappear. Loving this programme and I chose Michael Johnson as my trainer ❤️
