Well that's it, final 30 minute run complete. Guess I am now a runner. Not bad for a 58 year old 18 stone guy. It was a fantastic journey and I don't think possible without all of you guys supporting me every step of the way. Thanks a bundle. For all those still at it. It's possible, it's not easy but just plug away and be positive.
