Well didn’t think I could do 8 minutes but I have. Feeling really pleased, just wish I lived somewhere really flat 🤣

Have a lovely day x

I live on top of a hill, I use onthego, to map my running, it shows terrain, so you can try and find a flatter area. I would walk for 8 mins to the top of a hill, and run up and down a particular country road because it’s flat. However once you start to progress, especially if you want to do park runs, you then have to do hills. So later today I will be bringing in hills, so I can better my time on the local Park Run. Enjoy yourself. Well done.

Well done, the hills are just we obstacle that other runners don’t get to face and will help you more with stamina and endurance. So embrace it. I also run up and down some inclines but nothing too serious. Embrace them. Rooting for you

Flat is good... but all those hills are helping to build your running legs quicker than the flat would. You’re completing the runs, that’s all that matters for the programme. Great work in the first half of this plan... enjoy the second.
