Yes - I did it !!
Got up later than usual and with a sore neck - the old mind playing it self-doubt tricks for the last time !
Warmer than usual for my mornings and the Toxic 10 really was that, but I was not letting aches and mental challenge stop me as this was a special run; not been doing this since May to stop a run now!
When Laura said I could stop, I threw my arms in the air and now I know the feeling athletes have at the finish line - it was fantastic !
What can I say but a MASSIVE THANK YOU to everyone who has supported, motivated, shared experiences and pictures, made me laugh and cry - you are all very SPECIAL. I now know how very very important community is and you have made me a better person for being part of this one. Iβll definitely be on here (proud with my graduation badge) to encourage the next generation of graduate runners.
Sorry for the long message but that is just how I feel at the moment.
Onwards and upwards, slow and steady everyone βΊοΈ Take care, Steve
