You'll be just fine, honestly! TTP (Trust The Programme) and let us know how it goes! ☺

The toughest third of this plan is behind you. Relax, you can do it... enjoy that run tomorrow.

That’s a nice way to look at it. Thank you

All the same rules plenty of fluids, run slow and take it easy. Enjoy and you will do it. We all at one stage worried or was nervous but follow the instructions and you will do this.

No probs a lot of us have been there at some stage. It does in time become second nature so enjoy it.

I felt exactly the same! Don’t worry about it, just give it a go. You’ll be surprised at how well you do 😊 I’ve just got back from W4R3. I never thought I would get this far as I was a complete non-runner and 60 seconds was a killer at first!

I mean...I completed it but it was hard 😂 hopefully gets better throughout the weeks. I’m in exactly the same boat as you I was so surprised I could do 60 seconds at first 😂

You'll be fine. You've got this far so no reason to worry. Try not to think about too much. Just get ready and run when it's time. The only other thing I'd say is don't try and power through, if you need to have a break, stop and have the break. This is supposed to be enjoyable 😊

That’s good advice actually I always feel the pressure to finish it and not stop at all but it’s nice to know I can if I really do need it😆

Usually I found if I just slowed down a bit more I could do it. Slow is the key. Even if it’s not much faster than a brisk walk

I definitely need to work on my pace, just need to get my mental side out of the way thinking that I’m not doing enough if I’m not going fast enough. I will get there 💪🏼

I think it says on one of the first podcasts that if someone is walking on the other side of a wall to you while you are doing your run/walks and they can only see your head they shouldn’t be able to tell the difference between your running and walking. So don’t push too fast at first. That will come later. You are just building strength and stamina now

That really helped me actually on week 3 but this week is such a jump for me I feel like I’m thinking too much about being out of breath than my technique 😂 but I’ve got the first one out of the way so maybe next run I’ll be able to do that
