For the first time ever have run 28 mins straight!

Giving myself a bit of a hard time tho... used the app map my run... we ran off road and managed 3.2kms in the 28 minutes which is quite slow.. I know I haven’t even finished the course yet so probably need to give myself a break and be happy but am so slow!!

Congratulations on running run 1 of week 8, don't worry about speed, onwards and upwards to run 2 of 8, not long now until you graduate.

Of course you should be so happy and so proud of yourself. 28 minutes non stop that's amazing. Well done 😊
