Well I never... this time 5 weeks ago I couldn’t put one foot in front of the other! Last night I managed to complete my W5R3 full run, with no walking. Never been more proud of myself! All day I was worrying because not for one second did I think I could run the entire time with no walks, BUT I DID IT! If I can do it anybody can

So you should be proud, 20 minutes non stop that's amazing. Like you say this time 5 weeks ago you never have could imagined being at this stage. It's c25k plan it's just brilliant😊
