Went out for another consolation and got so lost in the moment I ended up doing 36 minutes. Feel so good! Never giving up this running.

It’s a great run for sure... well done.
Be wary of running every run fast though, especially when upping the distance/duration, an injury isn’t worth it. Happy running.
