Couldn’t figure out how to get a picture into this post but I can recommend a great book called “The Complete Guide to Running” - it’s £9.99 from WH Smith’s and full of facts, tips, etc plus some techie stuff for those who are serious runners!
It’s one of those magazine/book hybrid so not too heavy (physically or readability!) but a great reference point.
