Had a 2 week holiday, it consisted of copious alcohol / a festival and lots of late nights. During the later part we stayed in a hotel where I tried to run in the gym. Well it didn’t go well...god running machines are dull! Plus I was still exhausted from the partying. I gave up twice with the running machine and was worried i’d lost the fitness I had achieved.

Today I went out to prove to myself I still have it and I do....I ran 5k, 😊 slower than my parkrun of 34 mins but I was just happy I did it! Onwards and upwards folks 😀😀
