So after and week and a half of not running due to firstly the heat wave 🌞 and then the monsoon☔️ I decided to start week 5 again !

Boy did I battle the demons in my head !!

I did complete it but felt slower than ever. It wasn’t actually just felt endless.

Pleased that I made myself go, but definately lost my mojo a little ☹️

Here’s to Week5 run 2 and motivation returning. 🤔

Nice comeback run. I’m not sure from what I’ve read there that the mojo is lost, even a little.

You say “battle the demons in your head” and I read that as you coached yourself through that run... you dug deep... you refused to quit... and you ended up victorious... maybe you can’t see that mojo, but it’s there in truckloads.

Have a great run 2.

Just for getting out and running after a short absence is great. You really squashed those demons and kicked them into touch. Bet it’s done wonders for your mojo, so keep going and enjoy the rest of your week 🏃‍♀️
