Run number 2

Done my second run and it was much better this time round

I have managed to run full 7 times 60 seconds which is great. Can’t wait for my next run and see how much better it will be

Also I have decided that I will be repeating week one . I feel like I need to build up the strength before I can run for longer

This is my second post and I have been amazed how much support people give others

I have had amazing replays to my post last time

I would like to thank each and everyone for support

Thank you

Congratulations to you Kimm34 on running your second run of week 1, welcome to the forum and C25K, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, you say that you are going to repeat week 1, very wise of you, 🏃😊

You're doing great and if you want to repeat a week that's ok, do what's right for you. Good luck 😊

well done! if you feel they need to repeat, that's fine, but you only NEED to repeat if you didn't complete a run.

you're doing good!

Wow... great progress, I just read your last post again. Not only are you getting support here, you’re inspiring others just like you. The difference in your two posts is exactly the kind of inspirational progress that I read about when I was starting, and I wouldn’t have graduated without it.

I’m inclined to agree with your thought about repeating week 1... fitness is rising, you’re doing some learning and I can see you’ll be just fine on that repeat. However, if you manage the 8x60 next time out, you’d only really need to repeat 2 runs to have fully completed the week. That’s your call.

What is clear is that you’ve improved already and you will do this.

Thank you very much

And yes you are right about the amount of runs I have to repeat

But I will see how I feel about my 60 sec runs once I will do my 5 th run and then I will decide if I have to do one more or not

My fitness level of low but improving and same for anyone who is on the staring line just like me

Few months ago if someone would told me that I will start running I would laugh at them but now I can’t wait till tomorrow when I will be able to do my third run

And once again I will say this

All the support is amazing

Thank you for being here for everyone

I spent 30 years perfecting my unfitness level... I was brilliant at it 🤣. It’s surprising just how quickly we can undo that... you’ll amaze yourself a lot... you’ll even see how awesome you are.

Hi I’ve just finished run 2 today too. It seemed harder today but I’d already done a lot today so maybe tired.

I’ll run again on Saturday then may decide if I’ll re do week 1 again.

We have started!
