As a Couch to 5K graduate, you may be missing the structure of the programme and your routine of 3 runs a week. The 5K+ series is designed to motivate you to keep running regularly and develop your running ability further. Audiofuel podcasts are available on the " podcast player" app.

Plus there are still soo much you can do with the C25K podcasts, W9 is perfect for consolidation runs, W5 R3, the one everyone dreaded is brilliant for a shorter but faster run (moving up to W7, W8 and W9 as your fitness levels increase) and week 1 is great for a short interval session.

Hi Lucy..... I graduated on Friday. Do you, or any other graduates, think I should go straight into these podcasts? I’ve read suggestions that I should do a few weeks consolidating runs first. I did a 5K this morning and plan to do this 3 times per week for 2 or 3 weeks then do the podcasts. Any advice would be great.

I enjoyed the +C25K Stepping Stones podcasts with Laura after I graduated. For shorter runs I still run along with the C25K app, when I was off running for a few weeks I reran run 1 of week 3, now between longer 5k runs, including parkruns I rerun run 3 of week 5 as a shorter run between the longer ones.

I remember running run 3 of week 5 as if it was just yesterday, this morning I had a walk along the same route, was tempted to run but yesterday I ran a 6K and still keep to that rule about not running on consecutive days.
