I'm Saffron and I work for Public Health England's health marketing team - responsible for One You and its apps, including Couch to 5K! We're currently looking to hear from some of you for some new content we'll be producing. If the below sounds like you, please get in touch!
Have you graduated from Couch to 5K and are now feeling fitter and healthier? Has it helped you lose weight or perhaps improved a health condition? Has it inspired you to run regularly or even prepare for a race or charity event?
We’d love you hear from you! We’re looking people who would be willing to share their success story (with a chance to be featured in the media!) to inspire others to do the same.
If you’re interested, send us your story to oneyou@phe.gov.uk with the subject line "My Couch to 5k story".

I found out about C25K when I saw a friend posting about it on Facebook. I thought I'd give it a try, and 5+ years later I'm 50 and in the best shape of my life 😊😊😊
Completed C25k in Dec 19, still running, 4 park runs (NHS C25k club) so far and lost 30lbs .... the programme is brilliant. Post graduation was a challenge but still going and am over 60!
🍾Completed my C25K this morning, I’m 69 and have enjoyed the week by week challenges . Due to my age , I knew I could not reach 5K in 30 minutes - therefore , it took me 41 minutes . I actually ran 5.5 K to make sure I really had achieved the target of 5K.
I look forward to seeing Graduated 👩🎓next to my name on here .
I will continue to run three times a week , I’m waiting to register for a 5K Parkrun when they start up again . I’d like to thank everyone for their encouragement 🐾
