After 2 year break I’m back with heavy legs

So today was my 20 minute run, the first 5 minutes were hard with the pouring rain and motivation. However I kept at it and finished. My legs were heavy and jelly at the end.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, just run a little slower than you did today, that way your legs won't feel like jelly and be so heavy.

Amazing. Well done. My first 20 mins comes at the end of this week and am finding it hard to imagine but gonna trust the process. You must be buzzing?

Congratulations. That's fantastic. I didn't think I could do twenty minutes but I did! It's a real milestone. You are really running now! Would you have believed it at the start!?

That's great, well done for getting out there and keeping at it, even in the rain...we're a crazy bunch. 😆 I find my legs are heavy if I'm not hydrated or if I've taken it a bit too fast. Take it slow and then slow down some more...you're doing great 👍
