Hi I had completed week 5, r1 and then took a weeks break while in holiday. Grateful for any advise on getting started again, ie do I go back a week? Many thanks Paula

A week off won't make any difference. Just carry on.

No need to go back a week just pick up where you left off. Good luck and hope you enjoyed your holiday 😊

Carry on. A week is nothing.

Pick up where you finished. 1 week shouldn't make much difference.

But if you find its too difficult go back a week and don't worry about it.

As long as you keep your end goal in sight, all's good.

Just go slowly if you need to go back a week to get your fitness level up again that isn’t a problem.Hope you had a great holiday 😊
