I have managed to maintain consistency and listen to my body. Previous attempt at Couch to 5K earlier in the year but due to injury had to stop at Wk9 Run 1 and didn’t possibly listen to my body.

Onwards and upwards to week 6 of the programme . Happy running to all 🏃‍♀️

Argghhh! I'm on the injury couch atm and it is frustrating. But look at your perseverance! Really well done!!

Week 6 Run 1 completed today , it’s a strange one how running with intervals of walking seemed harder than the 20 min straight run in Week 5 🏃‍♀️

Yes, as MU says, Week 6 catches a lot of people out. I felt exactly the same.
