I’ve just finished wk4r3 which was ok, not easy, I managed it though but looking at week 5 it seems a big step up. How did you find week 5 ? Was us a step up for you or just a manageable natural progression ?

They are all a step up. Don’t worry about it. The progressions are very scientifically worked out. You will be ready for each one when you get to it.

I think all of us will agree that week 5 is THAT week that seems a bit daunting & impossible!!!BUT...personally...i.chose NOT to think about it...at all...not one bit...& just do it!!!& it was fine 😊 this programme has been cleverly designed to get you there so my advice to anybody that asks is...don't think about it...just do it...& you will be fine 😊

I agree with the other two replies. This is the week lots of people stress about. Just take it a run at a time. You will be so chuffed at the end.

Another week, another set of runs.

W5 is probably the first one that requires you to believe that you are becoming a runner and you may need to pace yourself, but the programme has prepared you for it.

Trust the plan, believe in yourself and go nice and slow, fellow runner.

...and so said all of us!! ... and we managed W5, - many of us with astonished eyebrows no doubt! - You will too.

Go very slow and relaxed and you will be fine- this clever program will have you all ready. 😀

Good luck! I will be starting W5 next week, if all goes according to plan.
