Don't feel shame, feel proud that you tried! You listened to your body, and in the heat that's no bad thing. Hydration in crucial anytime when you run, but particularly at the moment. Be sure to drink at least 2l of water EVERY day, not just the run days.
How far did you manage? Draw a line under it, try again tomorrow.

Put that short run down to a practice run for run 3 of week 6, have a few days off running, wait until the weather gets cooler, drink plenty of water the day before you run. The day that you do run, run a little slower than you did today, about a little slower than you ran run 3 of week 5.
Thanks everyone this group is sooo supportive. Think it was dehydration when i finally got home. Was quite dizzy 🥴 so going to have the weekend to recover and then back on the road on Monday
