Tried another consolidation run - not so good - I was apprehensive before setting out - don’t know why but seemed I had no energy in my legs - gremlins in my head got the better of me today - I couldn’t push through the barrier. Just had a short 1.5k run - I will try again - will add this to the mileage in my legs 🦵😢 and I will keep on running 🏃🏼♀️
Another consolidation run - tough 👎 - Couch to 5K
Another consolidation run - tough 👎

Hi, I feel your pain, but I wouldn't worry too much about that, don't forget what the app says,"sometimes we have good and bad runs, thers no real reason for it,as some is better than no run," something like that.
Have you tried the other 3 podcast post C25K via the NHS WEBSITE.,😷✌
Oh no I feel your disappointment. It really is tough isn’t it. Those gremlins keep popping up in my head to so far I’ve won but it’s not easy. It’s the first half that’s the worst when I turn and head home it’s so much better I’m so driven then !! You’ll do it I know you will 👍🏻

I’m sure it will happen to all of us lovely.... the only bad run in the one you don’t start!
Another 1.5k run today.... building strength and resilience. Don’t let it get to you your next run could be the best ever!

I'm sorry things didn't go as you'd have liked today. However, would you have considered 1.5k just a "short run" a couple of months ago? I know I didn't!
Fwiw I spent a chunk of the last uphill of today's run literally telling myself, right out loud, "Come on. Come ON. COME ON!" to drown out the evil gremlin voices.
Additional amusement factor for you - here's my final countdown, in my head, interrupted only by desperately gasping hello to a neighbour:
"Cmoi you fool, you shouldn't have started so fast. Keep going, you can do 25 minutes. Listen you idiot woman, you ran 28 minutes before, you can do it again. Don't stop on this hill, your mother [who died in 2012 aged 87...] would be furious, anyway it's less than two minutes to go now. This hill can do one. Of course you can run for another 60 seconds. OK so you said you'd complete the loop, it'd be a shame to stop now. Made it. Definitely overdid that one. Must pace myself better next time...!"
Like you said, you've got another 1.5k in your legs - well done!
