Typical - I go out at the hottest part of the day!

I managed 2.5km, and a pretty good time (for me) ... but at last I'm starting to earn the respect of my 14 year old (who turns 15 tomorrow!) who, I think was struggling just a little after initially ‘outpacing' his mum. He also turned a nice shade of beetroot! Nice to know his old mum will soon be able to out run him!

I knew I'd gone far enough when my Doberman actually sat down!

Typically it's turned all cloudy and cool now at 5/6pm which is normally when it's the hottest in Central Portugal!

PB

(PS The dogs are fine, I cooled them off when I got back)

Good run for you today primaballerina, very hot day in LONDON with a max temperature of 37. 7C/98F, certainly not a good day to run a 10K.
