Just finished and surprisingly really enjoyed it once got to half way mark and settled into the run was πŸ‘ great, so didn’t think we could do it, this programme is 😊 so good! Never thought at the start I would get this far as running for 2 mins was enough πŸ™ƒ

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs πŸƒ 😊

That's what's so good about getting to where you are and thinking back to when we struggled with wk1. Good luck 😊

Well done!! That's good going in this heat. I did W6R3 today too, but went out early this morning, I did a double take when I saw the run time but plod plod plod, focus on the tunes and I came out the other side with a smile 😁 Sounds like you've really hit your rhythm now.

I'm just about the same. Had to pause and walk a couple of times. It was very hot.

Did Week 7 run 1 today, which is the same run and it went Ok. That's the furthest I have got with the C25K and for the first time I feel confident I can complete the program.

Good luck with yours.

Just worked out our 25 min run last night we only covered 3.3kms is that too slow or about right??

Well done and keep up the good work πŸ‘...don't even consider distance at the minute, hardly any of us got near to 5K in the 30 minutes when we graduated. I was at 4K so sounds similar to your speed. Pace will improve later if you want it too, or in my case I haven't really aimed to speed up yet, just getting a few 5K's under my belt to improve my endurance. Happy running, glad you're enjoying it 😊

Thanks for that advice as was getting worried should be doing 5k in 30 mins as that is a long way off we just want to keep going for 30mins at moment πŸ‘

That's the ticket...to make you feel even better about it, they say that only 10 to 15 percent manage 5K in 30 minutes! I reckon that's the 6 ft 3" fellas with long legs πŸ˜†
