W6R1 done!

Hi all -- After my probably-work-stress-related chest pains on Sunday, it may come as no surprise that I was too busy to fit another run in until today. I really meant to exercise yesterday, but the two times I got up to grab my kit, people popped into my office. Sigh. So, by golly, I made sure to run today. And it was great -- well, not "great" in an "I enjoyed every second" way, but in a "I did what was required and it wasn't bad after all" way.

I'm a little sad that there's only one session left that includes intervals before I have to behave like a proper runner. But I'm thrilled that I've made it this far! Really didn't expect this program to work so well.

Hope everyone else is having good runs too!
