I was working through the C25K programme (not easily) but managing it.. Had a week off due to some leg aches and pains and tried to do W6R2 today, I managed the first 10 mins but had to stop after about 2 mins into the next run.
I'm hoping it was a mixture of the time since the last run and the heat (felt too hot when in the direct sun).
Will try again in a few days.

Very, very warm indeed.... rest up..but get some more serious strength and stamina work in too, now the runs are getting longer.. ( in a cooler place hopefully... )
Don't let it bother you! The heat won't be helping so give it a couple of days and try again on a cool a day a possible and going really slowly. Sure you will nail it!
