Just done W6 run 2 and it was hard!! Don’t know why, I’ve done longer and been good about rest days, but it was a real push and now I feel wheezy and weary. Maybe I am starting a cold:-(( Defnitely need motivating, this is the first time it’s been so hard.

Well.... no one said it was going to be easy! 😉

But seriously. You might just be a bit tired. I found w6 and 7 the hardest I would say. It's just the change from intervals to straight runs. It takes some getting used to.

You are doing fantastic though and you've been doing great. Don't let the gremlins get to you now! 👍😊

It’s the hardest week. You can do it though don’t worry

Hang in there. Slow and steady. Easy does it 💪👍🙂

I'm sure we all have days when it doesn't go so well - I know I do anyway. Just feel happy you did it - well done!

Well done on getting so far! You sound determined to carry on which is 👍. It could just be something as simple as you weren’t as hydrated as usual... or maybe you started off a bit quick. Anyway, don’t get hung up on it, it’s just one run... and I’ll bet your next one is fabulous! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Thankyou! It’s a beautiful day and I’m wondering about trying today, but probably shouldn’t. But Thursday and Friday are way too busy, so maybe, if I go very (!) slowly ...,

My advice would be not on consecutive days... why risk it?? The runs will still be there at the weekend, and, your body will be more refreshed for it.

Hi Lillybeth, I decided to do it ( UCL a beautiful day) and stop if it was too much. Just done 25 minutes plus an extra 5 at the end ( downhill) just for fun. The first 10 were really tough and I nearly gave up, but after that it got much better and I found I could keep going ( to my surprise!). 2 days rest now:-)) But feeling chuffed!! :-)
