Phew! Another clever person sees the light and starts the C25K plan. Welcome and Well done you. First week done! Now it just gets better. Look over the right of your screen. Tap FAQ POSTS. Everything you want to know is there.
The plan works! You just have to work the plan. Give it time!
What happens next, if you put the work in, is that you just become Huw!
Thanks guys. Week 2 now complete. Tomorrow looks like a toughie. On the plus side I've been cycling more and faster. Even went for a swim last night.
