I've just come in from the 3rd run in week 1 and it feels better already! I have a long way to go and like you can't imagine doing 5k without stopping but we can be in it together!

Neither could I but today I did my first 25 minute run non-stop. 6 weeks ago I struggled to do one minute. ‘Trust the plan’ as the experts on here advise - and they’re right.

You may not be able to imagine it, but guess what..........

You will!!!!!

You’ll do it. You really will. Just don’t look too far ahead, don’t worry about next month or even next week - just concentrate on the next run and trust the program.

If you’ve done Week 1, you are well on your way. Best to imagine no more than one run ahead at this point. Let the tried and trusted system carry you forward.
