So I'm currently in Florida and I'm so ready to get back running when I'm home at the end of next week. Trouble is i haven't ran for 4 weeks. I'm mad at myself really but ready to get back on it. I'd signed up for a 7.5k charity run for August so going to build back up to this. Hopefully it won't take long.

You don't need to restart at week 1 of C25K, a popular run for people who have been off running for a about a month is run 1 of week THREE, then straight onto say run 2 and 3 of week 5, that way it's OK for you to run that 7.5K charity run in August, I hope it's more to the end of August than at the start, that gives you plenty of time to get back to the the longer runs.
