Needles in the arch

Hi all,

what I experience is not pain, but some sort of sharp discomfort, needles like, on the outer side of my arch right - more on right foot. It doesn't stop me from running, but it doesn't help either, and it's getting bigger. Please advise

I am so sorry we can’t give specific medical advise, I would think about seeing your Gp, also check your laces are not too tight, I know from experience that can cause pain and tingling. I hope you get it sorted. Rfc x
