Managed to reach week 5.... I have surprised myself. I had not been able to run much this week (family stuff) so I repeated run2 as first time I found it hard going.... after a second attempt it was easier than I thought but I am absolutely dreading Run 3... 20 minutes non stop O.M.G !!!! It’s very much a mental challenge with me my husband says my first reaction to new things is always ‘I cant’ .

Dare I say I have enjoyed C25K so far and don’t want to fail a run and it put me off.

Just wondering if anyone else had struggled with this run????

You are ready for every run you do.... every run:)

Some runs get bad press... and the fear grows... Just take each one slowly and steadily.. trust the plan and have confidence in yourself.

Just relax.... land lightly and breathe normally... you are going to be absolutely fine.

Yep, just about everybody! 😅 You are ready for it, you've prepared for it, and, do you know what? Just imagine, just for a second, you don't quite finish it, so what! You just try it again after a days rest. However, you don't need to worry about that, because you've got this. 💪
