I’m so nervous, I’m signed up for the couch to 5k run at the Olympic stadium tomorrow and it’s feeling very daunting now it’s so close!!! I hope I’m not the slowest by a country mile!! Anyone else going?

Hi thanks everyone, it was great!! I was nervous at first but seeing lots of other ladies on their own meant it didn’t feel so daunting. Being on the track was amazing and surreal. It’s so springy! My best sprint finish yet 😀 🙌🏻 can’t wait to go back next year!!! Really recommend it, nowhere near maxed out on entries and the finishing times ranged from 18 - 58 mins so all abilities welcome.

I received an email from British Athletics a few weeks ago, not sure how they have my details, maybe from the bbc app couch to 5k, but it was also on their website 🙂 I think there’s another event coming up in Birmingham next month possibly
