My first 5k park run ever

I did it finally. My time was 27:26. Very happy that I managed to do it and I encourage every one to try a park run once at least.

That’s fantastic!! And a brilliant time! I can only dream I’ll ever get that fast, after two attempts at park run a couple of years ago I got totally disheartened finishing second to last each time 🙁🙁 Well done 👍🏻!!
