I know I not supposed to run the following day,But I felt I needed to, had a stressful day today but I think I found my release. I felt good that I managed to run today and also I ran further today than I ever have. I’m so please with my self

You need to follow the programme.... which is what this forum does...Rest days are non negotiable... and running for 25 minute is not on the plan for Week 2....
You said in your previous post how hard the running for Week 2 run 1 was... so... slow down... and follow the plan...
Week 2
For the runs in Week 2, you will begin with a brisk 5-minute warm-up walk then you will alternate 90 seconds of running, with 2 minutes of walking, for a total of 20 minutes.
The whole idea of this is a structured build up to 30 minute runs in nine weeks.. injury free.
There is so much to do on rest days,, strength and stamina work...and non impact exercise... but, no running.
Maybe...but... our advice will always be the same...this forum follows the C25K programme and we have seen far too many new runners end up with real injury....Use that surplus energy to complete the all important non impact exercise...a good workout can be as useful for relief tension and stress as a run...
