Well only one more left was another tough one this morning and I got a shooting pain in my ankle half way through, it went away quickly but it brought on the gremlins, felt more like a toxic 25 in the end 😫 really enjoyed the last 5 though so good to finish on a high, also beat my PB distance by a whole 30m 🤪🤘🤪🤘

Week 9 run 2

Yay well done! I did the same run as you this morning. Nearly there!!!!
New PB as well mate , get in there !!!. Nearly there rich, I'm looking forward to seeing you graduate on your final, yes final run 👌✌.

The most important thing is completing the run, I wouldn’t worry too much about pace at this stage. When we’ve completed c25k we’ve run a little over 8 hours, which is great but also not a huge amount of time, so we're still prone to injury until we have many more hours/miles under our belts. I’d take the graduation run nice and slow, and start consolidation slowly too. I run using the Japanese slow jogging technique, slow running is great for building strength and stamina, and will make you a stronger runner in the long term, and without the risk of injury. Best of luck in your graduation run!
