Hi all

Never posted before but I’m just starting to need a bit of support. Found it relatively easy up until now (I am quite an active person) but good god this week has challenged me a little! Be lovely to connect with others at my stage, about to commence week 5 xx

Hi Thisnurseruns, from a fellow nurse, you can do this! It does work I graduated yesterday, it does start to feel easier after week 5, it’s more of a mental challenge to get used to those longer runs. Just trust the program, it won’t ask you to do anything it hasn’t already prepared you for.

I did week 5 run 1 yesterday, it wasn't as tough as week 4, so good luck to you.

Each time I see the next run, I think I won't be able to do that... But somehow I seem to manage to... Just!

Hi. I'm 1 run behind you and have certainly found week 4 has been a big jump from week 3. I have looked at week 5 and wasn't sure I should have done!! Last run of week 4 today... good luck to you with week 5.

Well done everyone! And thank you. I try not to look I just do what I’m told and when 😂 though yesterday I hit pause by mistake and ended up running longer than I was supposed to! Hoping it will stand me in good stead for this week. Xx

I’m a retired nurse, and I only took up running about eleven weeks ago. I couldn’t have graduated without the folks on here. It is really important to post after each run, to get positive and helpful feedback. Plus, you get loads of laughs. 😊
