So I graduated about 2 weeks ago. Continued with 2x30 min runs a week then a longer one aiming for 5k.
Today I pushed myself and ran 6.5km. I am chuffed to bits. Absolutely buzzing!!
For those who are thinking of starting C25K or are struggling, I really was in your position. I remember I couldn’t do week 5 and had to rerun it but I couldn’t imagine not running now and I want to say well done to every runner on here!! We are all amazing!!!!
