I really enjoyed this run. No leg pains at all and it seemed like I stayed in the same zone all the way through without struggling. I'm not pretending it wasn't hard work because it was but it felt good. When Laura prompted an increase in pace the last minute I upped my pace by 1 mph. Again not massive but an improvement on the 0.5 mph increase on the last run. Got the last 25 minute run of the week on Sunday... Now should I increase the incline for last minute as well as the pace (I'm on a treadmill)? I want to challenge myself.
Happy running everyone!

Great running. 1mph increase may seem small, and it is to a car... for us runners that’s a pretty big step up... check the percentages!
Just run... keep it comfortable... challenges yourself during that comfortable 25 minute run to decide where you would lime to take running. There’s plenty of challenge agreed if you want it... as for C25K, complete it... with a smile on your face... and some left in the tank every run.
