Well that seemed harder than run1 on tuesday so I wonder if all the past runs are catching up with me . According to my stats on my Samsung health app I'm hitting the 5k mark so that's a bonus, but I'm beginning to feel it in my poor little legs lol. Rest day tommorow so I'v got time to access the situation 😁. Hopefully I'll finish wk7 on Saturday morning ,just hope my body let's me 😂😂. Happy running people 👌✌

Well done and don’t worry. I almost always found the second run harder than the first. Shrug.
Plus, if you’re hitting 5k already, that’s an amazing job. Way more than me.
If you need to dial back the pace to keep running, don’t worry, you’ll build it back up in no time.

as suggested you can slow down, or give yourself a 2 day break between this run and the next one.

Hitting 5K is some good skills mate, definitely assess on your rest day and think about an extra one, failing that just smash it as you have been and don’t forget you’re a superhero 🤪🤘🤪🤘

Well done mate, ahead of me again 😆 hopefully I'll get mine done this evening (my least favourite time to run, but hey ho!). Maybe even though you're super proud (rightly so) of hitting the 5k, if your legs are suffering you could slow it down just a smidge?

I think week 7 was the hardest week for me but in my case it was more in my head. All of a sudden there are no walk breaks and every run was longer now. Plus having done the 25 minutes in week 6 I found the week 7 ones tough because I knew what was coming if that makes sense?
The legs definitely felt it more too but my head made me focus on them rather than anything else which is why i had that run i had to abandon. Perhaps you could take two rest days just to give yourself a proper break?
