So I just completed the 2nd run for week 7 of 25 continuous minutes and finally did it!! I’ve tried on week 6 in that last run and had to stop twice.... and then again on Tuesday of this week for the first run of week 7 and stopped at 22 minutes because I felt dizzy, but today I completed it ✅ and I feel very accomplished. When I think back to not too long ago and I was struggling to make 90 seconds before I had to stop. Amazing program... thank you! I now have switched over to listening to my own music but follow the outline.
Hope this gives some hope with others that feel the struggle that I have through this because if you push through it, you too can make it to the end.

Well done buddy, proud of your achievement. Keep going as it only gets more exciting. I too switched to my own music around the same time and found it helps me focus. Very very well done 👍
Well done, and you are so nearly there now. Only a few extra minutes to go and then you will be wearing that shiny graduate badge. We are all so pleased for you.
Well done for listening to your body and keeping at it! What a huge achievement! Look forward to your post saying you’ve graduated!
Congrats! Way to persevere!!! Yes... your story definitely inspires me. I'm starting week 2 tomorrow and I can't even imagine running for 22min, let alone 25.
Thank you Tanya.. I am happy to hear that I have inspired you!😊 I felt exactly like you do when I was in my early weeks and even through much of the program. I didn’t think I could make 20 minutes and even though I had my struggles and felt discouraged at times.. I stuck with it and usually was able to do it on the second run. If I can give you any helpful advice, I would say to jog at a very slow pace so that you are able to continue to progress as the incremental times get longer. This really helped me. I may jog as slow as I walk, but I’m still jogging! I believe once we accomplish that endurance that we have built up we can work on improving our speed if that is what is important to you. Can’t wait to see your updates. I know you will do well.. just stick with it and don’t give up❤️😊
